Being female, and in my early 20's, it can be scary going to new auto shops- in the past I've felt like I was being taken advantage of. But I've never once felt that way with you guys. We have a mutual trust, that is only established through honesty, experienced and professional mechanics, and spending a little extra time to explain to me what's going on. Thank you! And thank you for never once making me feel like a terrible driver, due to all the new dings, scratches, and dents that seem to appear every time I bring her over... although we both know I am!

They are upfront and honest about the car issues, and didn't try to add on any unnecessary repairs. Silverlake Auto is the best automotive and tire shop in the Inland Northwest! I was in an accident and needed a new car, the owner Will Sando personally checked two different cars I was looking at so that I wouldn't get a car that needed immediate work. I ended up getting the second of the two. They are a trust worthy shop, they take care of you like family and you know the work that is done, is if the highest quality!
