My van was towed to Post Falls Silverlake Automotive after it overheated on the interstate. The diagnosis of my issue was accomplished promptly, and the work was ordered to repair that issue. Nicci and the entire team have our thanks and gratitude.

Very professional staff. Quality work done in a timely matter. Very reasonable prices. Kept us informed by way of text showing us detailed reports with detailed diagnostics and pictures as to what was needed to be repaired on our vehicle. it was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be using them again when the time comes.

They estimated our car at $3700 and we went for a 2nd opinion and it was $1700. Very disappointed because they were even recommended by AAA!

I took a tire into be fixed. It was border line fixable but the guys did a great job and saved me from having to buy a new one. They have done other work for me and are always courteous and professional. Would recommend them to anyone

I just needed to have my brake lights replaced. I didn’t have an appointment but they made room and had my lights fixed in five minutes. We are traveling from out of state, when our Ford F-350 diesel developed a leak in our turbo charger. Emerson Sutherland juggled the schedule and squeezed us in before the busy 4th of July weekend. It turned out to be a cracked air hose on the turbo charger. It was delivered early, and at less then quoted for the repair. We will be returning to this area next year, and will call on Emerson and the good folks at Silverway Automotive. We cannot recommend them enough. FIVE STAR RATING
