Went to Coeur D'Alene from Louisiana to visit family. Somewhere in Montana I had an ABS warning come up on my dash. Very aggravating. My brother in law suggested these people and told me their history. I'm hear to tell you, if you value honesty and respect to the fact I was so far from home, consider nobody else. They did the minimum per a service bulletin and explained what Plan B is for when I got home. Charged the minimum (when they could've told me anything, given the vulnerable state I was in). They gave me a free inspection with recommendations and fixed a leaking tire for free. They even sent me a follow up text, 4 days later to check on me. Guys, you have restored some of my faith in humanity.

Last September I got a wheel alignment done at Silverlake and I wrote a satisfied review. This time my Moon Roof went bad and stuck open. The manufacture discontinued the part and is no longer available. So I stopped by and asked Eric about Salvage yards in the area. Without being prompted, he grabbed the phone and located the part for me. I’d say “Above and Beyond”

I just had my faith in small town customer service today at post falls Silverlake auto. I had a front head light problem. Store manager Eric helped me for 15 mins only to find out there was a blown fuse. I offered to pay Eric said don't worry about it just come back next time. You bet i will Eric as finding a truly honest Auto shop is very important. I'll bet next time i come in he will remember my first name. Thanks again Eric and Silver lake auto for going over and above on a late friday afternoon.

I am glad that I stopped here, The location is great as I can go to the mall or eat near buy and the staff here are very friendly, they also give a veterans discount and they work with you on pricing. I have been getting my oil changes and more here for over a year now and I def think that they do very well with their customer service and keep you informed and make sure they expedite the work, I think the only downside with them is I once tried to use the online schedule appointment app, I guess cause they get so many it actually took them few days get back to me, So I recommend it if you are not in a rush get something done, but If you need an appointment right away it would be best to give them a call. I def going to keep using their services.

I was visiting Coeur d'Alene from Canada with my family. Our car wouldn't start and the generator light was on. It was a Friday and we had to get back home later that weekend. Within an hour of arriving at Silverlake Auto they had me back on the road. They released I was stuck and rather than take advantage of my situation, they helped me out as quickly, professionally and economically as you could have wished for. I could see they were fully booked that day and rather than saying they couldn't fit me in - they help us out. Thank you very much and we made it home without a glitch.

I can not say enough about this shop... Once again took my car there...while there once again the customer service was GREAT. I have to say also that this place saved me tons of money...I let myself be talked into an extended warranty. Fred took a look at it and informed me it was not worth the coat...therefore saving me money. This is in my opinion is the best automotive shop. And just a call with a quick question...10 minutes later they adjusted my computer and put my windshield wipers on. This is my favorite and trusted automotive shop in CDA.

I took my car in for a 90,000 mile warranty check after I was told by the dealer that it would be over $500. Silverlake Auto was way cheaper and a lot more honest. Very good customer service. I went with my guard up preparing to be told how much my car needs and instead I was told that my car most likely won't need that for a while. Stupid dealer lol.

Silverlake Automotive did a fantastic job of getting my son’s car in and figuring out what was wrong with it. It didn’t take long to fix, the price was good and I don’t feel like they made up anything just to turn a profit. They were friendly, outgoing and have made new customers for life. I highly recommend them.
