I've had several issues with my 2 vehicles. After coming into Silver Lake Auto Repair, I've had excellent results with my repairs. Their staff and mechanics are very professional, friendly, and eager to help. It has been an outstanding experience with Silver Lake Auto Repair. Their honesty and integrity went a long way in making me trust the job that would be done, exactly how they said they would do it. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Plus, they have a 4 year, 48k mile guarantee. Try and find that somewhere else. I hope I never have any other issues but if I do, I would not hesitate to bring my vehicles back and I live in North Spokane WA.

Silverlake Automotive went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my Dodge 2500 Cummins Diesel Truck was repaired properly. While on vacation my truck broke down in Oregon and after $12,000 sill did not run like it should have. My van was towed to Post Falls Silverlake Automotive after it overheated on the interstate. The diagnosis of my issue was accomplished promptly, and the work was ordered to repair that issue. Nicci and the entire team have our thanks and gratitude.

Very professional staff. Quality work done in a timely matter. Very reasonable prices. Kept us informed by way of text showing us detailed reports with detailed diagnostics and pictures as to what was needed to be repaired on our vehicle. it was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be using them again when the time comes.

They estimated our car at $3700 and we went for a 2nd opinion and it was $1700. Very disappointed because they were even recommended by AAA!

Just pulled in to check an under pressure tire warning, 10 minutes later rusty nail gone, tire fixed, no charge! Gotta love these guys. Repeat customer!!!
