I love this place they're very very nice people. I started going there just a couple weeks ago they worked on my mountaineer and I walked out a very happy person with under 200 bucks plus they gave me a 49er discount. I went to another place it cost me $161 for them to look at my vehicle and wanted me to pay over 1500 to have it repaired. I called Silverlake they looked at it and repaired it it for 180 bucks. I would highly recommend these people for anything and I have I posted it all over Facebook. Oh by the way thank you for the Christmas card, I love it....

WOW! I am not even a customer yet and I already love these guys. Just called about a light on the dashboard console of my 2007 Toyota Highlander and the gent on the phone put my worries to rest. I brought my car to have the brake fluid flushed & replaced, as part of my usual preventative maintenance plan. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The waiting area was clean, as were the bathrooms. While I was there, a customer brought in a box of bagels to say "thank you" for some work Silverlake Auto had previously done for her...then the staff shared some with me!I listened to the staff interact with other customers and noticed some people were steered away from unnecessary repairs. The techs were knowledgeable and seemingly quite honest.My car was finished in under an hour and I got out for under $60. Job well done and in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this business for auto repairs.
