Wonderful personal service with the friendliest staff. Honest reliable and I trust what they say! Who wouldn’t love a place that has a beautiful clean waiting area, with complimentary drinks and a place for babies to sit. Who does that?? The front diff. went out on my truck and the Silverlake team got me in right away and repaired in a timely manner. Their crew was very kind, and I always got the answers and explanations I was looking for when in communication with them. This was my first time with Silverlake, and I look forward to using them again in the future.

I called to scheduled an appointment & when I got there I was approached by Julia. She helped me with my concerns, was very knowledgeable about the needs of my car, and worked very efficiently. I would recommend 11 out of 10 times!

I was stranded on the side of the road with my wheel smoking and had no idea what what was going on and called silver lake auto. Julia answered and was an amazing help and reassured me that I would be taken care of! My truck was done in a day which was faster than I expected!

Eric at Silverlake Automotive Post Falls went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me when one of my tires got a flat on Hwy 90. He had me wait in his vehicle, while he checked out the car and then proceeded to change my tire. So happy to have a wonderful automotive garage that has such care and concern for their customers, especially when an unexpected breakdown occurs!
