I recently took my Pacifica in for some needed mechanicalrepairs. I was immediately greeted by name by well trained, polite, professional staff in a sparkling clean facility. The work was performed as explained, on time and at the cost quoted. No one likes car repairs, but Silver Lake Tire & Auto found the problem and fixed it before it became a major expense.
