There is technical expertise, that gets your car fixed; and business expertise, that schedules, trains and equips the staff; and customer expertise, that listens, schedules, accommodates; and --- well, you can see that without the whole package, you may get your car fixed, or you may get a free cup of coffee, or you may get a free pen, but I don't need any one of those things, I need them all. I need to understand what's wrong with the car, I need prompt service, and someone conscientious of costs and time.
