Being recently widowed, I am somewhat at a loss as to how to take care of my car. Thank you for checking things for me and pointing out the battery cable condition.

Probably the best mechanic/shop experience I have had so far. Very professional and did not try to upsale me on anything. They promptly notified me of the challenges they had found and left it up to me on how to proceed. So many times shops will try to upsale you on every little thing that needs to be done on your vehicle and like most people, I am on a fairly strict budget and need some time to get all of the repairs done. They fixed what needed to be done immediately and then suggested some other things that would need to be done down the road. A great experience!

Silverlake Tire & Auto is a very friendly and know their jobs very weel, would highly recommend you give them a try on all your vehicle repairs I am sure then you will remain a loyal customer like I am...Keep up the good work
