I have done business with the Hanley Rd. store for about 5 yrs. Because of scheduling challenges, I went to the Downtown location. The guys were as wonderful as the Hanley store. Silver lake Automotive is the only business I have ever given 5 stars to. I can't see me going anywhere but Silverlake Automotive.

Absolutely impressed and happy with my repair experience with Silverlake Auto Downtown! I had Silverlake work on my company truck over 6 months ago and was happy with their work until about a week ago, when a similar, related issue cropped up with my exhaust system. I took the truck into Silverlake (very nervous about being without my vehicle for work for an extended time!). The staff was very responsive and friendly and evaluated the issue, ordered the parts required and scheduled me for the very next day for the repair! I brought it in (still worried about bad news and more $$$) and arranged to use another vehicle. I received a call to come pick my truck up early that afternoon. To my pleasant surprise, Silverlake completed the work in a timely manner and completely stood behind their previous work by covering ALL expenses under their warranty! Completely satisfied and will definitely recommend this company for local auto\truck repairs!!!

I've had several issues with my 2 vehicles. After coming into Silver Lake Auto Repair, I've had excellent results with my repairs. Their staff and mechanics are very professional, friendly, and eager to help. It has been an outstanding experience with Silver Lake Auto Repair. Their honesty and integrity went a long way in making me trust the job that would be done, exactly how they said they would do it. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Plus, they have a 4 year, 48k mile guarantee. Try and find that somewhere else. I hope I never have any other issues but if I do, I would not hesitate to bring my vehicles back and I live in North Spokane WA.

Silverlake Automotive went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my Dodge 2500 Cummins Diesel Truck was repaired properly. While on vacation my truck broke down in Oregon and after $12,000 sill did not run like it should have. Silverlake Automotive tracked down all the warranty information and was able to repair my vehicle with little out of pocket expence. The staff at Silverlake Automotive were very informative and caring and I would recommend them time and time again. My truck now runs like new! Thank you Silverlake Automotive!

We are traveling from out of state, when our Ford F-350 diesel developed a leak in our turbo charger. Emerson Sutherland juggled the schedule and squeezed us in before the busy 4th of July weekend. It turned out to be a cracked air hose on the turbo charger. It was delivered early, and at less then quoted for the repair. We will be returning to this area next year, and will call on Emerson and the good folks at Silverway Automotive. We cannot recommend them enough. FIVE STAR RATING

We had car trouble while on vacation in Northern Idaho. Referred to Silver Lake by a dealer who was not able to help us in a timely manner. Julia was our first contact and was very helpful, referring us to Ryan at the Sherman Avenue location. So refreshing to deal with people who truly care about helping to resolve a situation.

Wonderful personal service with the friendliest staff. Honest reliable and I trust what they say! Who wouldn’t love a place that has a beautiful clean waiting area, with complimentary drinks and a place for babies to sit. Who does that?? It’s the honesty knowledge and friendliness that keeps me coming back.
