While driving to work my check engine light came on, and my truck went into limp mode on I90! Called the local dealer and they were 5 weeks out. I have heard good things about Silverlake automotive so on a chance they could help me out, I called. Karissa answered and said no problem at all they work on late model trucks all the time and I had an appointment within 4 days. Dropped my truck off Friday morning (Labor Day weekend) and by Tuesday. (They were close Fri-Mon for the holiday) Karissa called and said my truck was fixed. they processed my extended warranty. You can't ask for better service than that. Thank you, Karissa, and team you rock!

Very professional staff. Quality work done in a timely matter. Very reasonable prices. Kept us informed by way of text showing us detailed reports with detailed diagnostics and pictures as to what was needed to be repaired on our vehicle. it was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be using them again when the time comes.

They estimated our car at $3700 and we went for a 2nd opinion and it was $1700. Very disappointed because they were even recommended by AAA!

I took a tire into be fixed. It was border line fixable but the guys did a great job and saved me from having to buy a new one. They have done other work for me and are always courteous and professional. Would recommend them to anyone

Just pulled in to check an under pressure tire warning, 10 minutes later rusty nail gone, tire fixed, no charge! Gotta love these guys. Repeat customer!!!

Unbelievably great service! My key fob battery died, and not only did they have a new battery, they replaced it at no charge! Hope restored. Thank you!!!!

Referred to Silverlake Automotive by the dealer... Julia at the front desk is very knowledgeable and attentive. The shop has a full time diesel specialist mechanic on-staff - Invaluable! I immediately needed the truck maintenance work done and Silverlake accomplished that. But what I require over long-term is a shop that knows how to keep my diesel truck healthy and can answer my technical questions with a high confidence. Silverlake fills that square with 5 stars.
